We have about 480 submission of papers. Series of plenary sessions are
scheduled, which includes historical, educational and topical talks presented

URSI 28th General Assembly (GA) will be held in </span></font><font
face="Times New Roman Greek"><span style='font-family:"Times New Roman Greek"'>New
Delhi</span></font><font face="Times New Roman Greek"><span style='font-family:
"Times New Roman Greek"'> </span></font><font face="Times New Roman Greek"><span
style='font-family:"Times New Roman Greek"'>India</span></font><font
face="Times New Roman Greek"><span style='font-family:"Times New Roman Greek"'>
on 23-29 October 2005. The Coordinating committe for GA will be held in 14, </span></font><font face="Times New Roman Greek"><span style='font-family:"Times New Roman Greek"'>15
May, 2004</span></font><font face="Times New Roman Greek"><span
style='font-family:"Times New Roman Greek"'>. So, proposals as for the
Commission B technical program in GA, as well as for the whole assembly are
welcome. They will be summarized and presented at the Coordinating committe for
GA, as Commission B proposals. <br>

1) Scientific topics and sessions, and possible conveners,<br>
2) Titles of tutorials, and possible lecturers,<br>
3) Title of General Lecture, and possible lecturer<br>

I would like to add that proposals for the technical program in 2005 GA are now
welcome from anybody in any forms.<br>

We will discuss the venue for future EMT-S, in Pisa Symp. Formal "Request
