[ncrs-general] AP-RASC Student and Young Scientist prizes

Greetings All,

The 2010 Asia-Pacific Radio Science Conference" (AP-RASC'10)
will be held in Toyama, Japan on September 22-26, 2010.  As
part of this meeting there will be extra incentives for
Students and Young Scientists.  

For the Young Scientists, there will be a limited number of
awards to assist attendance at the meeting. The applicant must 
be under 35 years age and be the first author for their presentation.
Further information is attached.

There will also be a student paper competition.  The student
must be an author on a paper they will present.  The application will 
need to be accompanied by a letter outlining the student contribution 
to the paper among other details.  Five finalists will be selected 
from among the applicants and from these five Prizes will be offered 
for the best three papers.  Additional information is attached.

Please also note that the deadline for abstracts to this
meeting close March 31st.
