The Asia-Pacific Radio Science Conference (APRASC'10) will be
held in 2010 at the Toyama International Conference Center
Toyama, Japan September 22-26, 2010.  Attached is the Call for
Papers providing details of the meeting, venue, registration
fees and how to get there.  

APRASC is our regional URSI meeting and everybody is encouraged
to help make it a great success.
