Subject: Extended deadline for YS applications to the URSI General Assembly

Dear Colleagues:

We just received permission from Ghent to also extend the deadline for YS
applications to February 15. Therefore, ALL deadlines (regular
submissions, student financial support applications, student paper
competition submissions, YS applications) are now February 15.

Note that no further extension of the deadline will be possible, because
of time constraints. In order to avoid unforeseen last-minute difficulties
with submissions, please urge everybody to submit as soon as possible.

I am asking you the favor to distribute this information as widely as
possible. Thank you, and see you all in Chicago!
