Dear Colleagues: We just received permission from Ghent to also extend the deadline for YS applications to February 15. Therefore, ALL deadlines (regular submissions, student financial support applications, student paper competition submissions, YS applications) are now February 15. Note that no further extension of the deadline will be possible, because of time constraints. In order to avoid unforeseen last-minute difficulties with submissions, please urge everybody to submit as soon as possible. We invite everyone with an interest in over-the-horizon radar data, processing and ionosphere science related to these radars. You are welcome to attend, even if you do not wish to present a talk or poster. If you have some research results that you would like to present at the workshop, then follow the instructions on the web site. To submit an abstract use the Submission of Presentation Title link on the web site first. This will ask you for a few details (not the full abstract) and give you (by email) a presentation number and a password. This information is required for you to submit a full abstract. Presentation titles are due 2 May and full abstracts are due by 9 May. Of course, you may and should submit anytime before these dates. To register, select the payment method on the web site.
