Dear NCRS readers,
The Pawsey Medal recognises the contributions to science in
Australia by the late Dr J.L. Pawsey, FAA. Its purpose is to
recognise outstanding research in physics by scientists under
40 years at the closing date: August 30 2006.
Application forms are available on the web site below.
See the URL for the Pawsey award.

The Pawsey Medal is a prestigious Australian award.
Please take a moment to think about this and then, if you feel
you know somebody deserving, take the time to nominate them.
Nominations for the 2007 Pawsey Medal should be submitted to
the Australian Academy of Science by 30 August 2006.
There isn't that much time, so act now and send in your
nomination.
best wishes,
Phil
