Hello once again NCRS list members,

The URSI General Assembly will be held in New Dehli in less than two
weeks.  I would appreciate receiving email confirmation from anybody 
who is attending the Assembly.  If possible, I hope we can hold an
Australian delegates meeting during the Assembly.
