[ncrs-general] WARS04 Accommodation reminder

Hello All,

The WARS04 deadline for refereed paper submission closes this
week.  Please hurry to submit your paper.

People are now starting to think about their accommodation in Hobart.  
I would like to make some comments on this.

When you fill out the registration form on the Webpage, your
invoice appears on the screen and you are expected: 
  *  to print this out, 
  *  fill in the credit card details, 
  *  sign it 
  *  and fax the page to Geoff James.  

At the same time, you also create a record in our conference 
data base so we can stay in contact with you.  

If you have selected Live-in registration then 
when we have received your faxed registration fee, 
a booking for your accommodation will be made.
