Hello NCRS Members,

As you will all know, WARS04 will be held in Hobart February
18 - 20th, 2004.  Feel free to remind yourself of the
excellent time to be had in Hobart this coming February by
reviewing the WARS04 pages at:

This note is to remind you that the closing date for
papers to be refereed is 31st October, 2003.  That is not far
away.  I will be unavailable for the next two weeks, but I am
looking forward to the papers flowing in.

Remember: October 31st for submission of WARS04 papers.
