[ncrs-general] WARS '04 Call Registration and Call for Papers

Hello All,

There are two meetings I would like to draw your attention
to.

FIRST: WARS '04
---------------

Many of you have been keen to get further information about
WARS '04, to be held in Hobart, 18-20, February, 2004.  A
great time to be in Hobart, as many of you will know.

We are now inviting people to offer papers for the WARS '04
Conference.  The details for registration and paper submission
are available on the WARS '04 website at:
http://www.ips.gov.au/IPSHosted/NCRS/wars/wars2004/index.html.

This site can also be reached from the NCRS Homepage and the
NCRS list of conferences.

As for-shadowed, you will be well advised to book early for
this meeting.  To encourage you, there is a late fee on
registrations, coming into effect after 12th December.

Please register early and plan to present a paper in Hobart.

Second: Astronomy Industry Day
------------------------------

The General Assembly of the International Astronomical Union,
IAU, is now in progress at Darling Harbour.  There is a
special session titled, "Astronomy Industry Day", Wednesday
23rd July  that may interest people.  For more details, check
the PDF document at:
