The complete Proceedings for the WARS02 meeting is available on the
Web.

There is a link from the NCRS page (http://www.ips.gov.au/ncrs) to the
proceedings (http://www.ips.gov.au/ncrs/wars2002/index.htm).  The
papers can be accessed individually from the contents page and are also 
zipped into files for easier down-loading.  This is desirable since 
some papers are large.
