2. FORECAST (08 SEPTEMBER - 14 SEPTEMBER)
Solar: R0-R1, slight chance of R2.

Geomagnetic: G0-G1 on 10-Sep, otherwise G0.
A glancing blow from a solar filament eruption
on 07-Sep, may cause a minor increase in geomagnetic 
activity on 10-Sep.

Frequencies:  MUFs near predicted monthly values.
Isolated minor fadeouts possible. Chance of mild degradation 
in HF conditions during local night hours for the southern 
Australian region on 10-Sep.
