Comment: A shock in the solar wind was observed on 30-Nov
at 2333UT. Further CME solar wind shocks may arrive on 01-Dec.

2. FORECAST (01 DECEMBER - 07 DECEMBER)
Solar: 
R0-R1, chance of R2 activity early in week.

Geomagnetic:  
G2, chance of G3 from mid 01-Dec to first half 02-Dec
due to multiple CMEs. G1 periods 04-05 Dec due to a 
coronal hole wind stream. G0 on other days.

Frequencies:  
Southern Australian region MUFs depressed 15-20% on 02-Dec.
Mild 15% depression possible 06-Dec southern Australian region.
MUFs near predicted monthly values on other days.
