R0-R1 conditions, with a slight chance of R2 are expected 
over 11-15 Nov whilst AR3141 and AR3140 remain on the solar 
disk. R0 conditions are expected over 16-17 Nov.

Geomagnetic:  
G0 geomagnetic conditions are predicted over 11-17 Nov.

Frequencies:  
MUFs are expected to be near predicted monthly values over
11-17 Nov. Shortwave fadeouts are possible.
