Low. Chance of moderate activity.

Geomagnetic:  
Quiet to unsettled conditions. Chance of isolated active periods
on 08 November.

Frequencies:  
MUFs depressed at mid and high latitudes on 05-06 November. Mild 
depressions to near predicted monthly values at other times.
