periods between 28Jan-01Feb due to coronal hole effects.

Frequencies: Slightly depressed MUFs to Near Predicted Monthly 
Values. Low levels of EUV ionising radiation (very low solar 
activity) offering no significant improvement to ionospheric 
support.
