Solar: Very Low to Low activity. 

Geomagnetic: Unsettled with possible Active conditions
early in forecast week. Mostly Quiet conditions for
the middle of forecast week after which Unsettled to 
Active conditions 02Aug-03Aug due to coronal hole effects.

Frequencies: Depressed MUFs ~20% for Equatorial, Northern AUS, 
Southern AUS and NZ regions for first half of forecast week. 
Slow ionospheric recovery expected by end of forecast week.
