Solar: Low with moderate activity possible early in forecast period.

Geomagnetic:  Mostly quiet to unsettled with the chance of active periods early
              in the forecast period.

Frequencies: Depressed 20% early in the forecast period then slowly returning
towards near predicted monthly values later in the forecast period.
