was observed at 1646UT.

      Depressed by 20% after local dawn.

Solar: Low to Moderate. Chance of High activity before region 2371 (N12W53)
rotates off disk.

Geomagnetic:  Minor storm periods on 27-28 Jun.  Quiet to unsettled with 
Active periods 29-30Jun. Quiet to Unsettled on other days.

Frequencies: Depressed 15%-30% on 27-30 Jun. MUFs near predicted monthly 
values on other days. Polar cap absorption event likely for 27-30Jun.
