In the IPS magnetometer data for 19 Dec, a weak (24nT) impulse 
was observed at 1617UT and a weak (20nT) impulse was observed 
at 1803UT.

      Enhanced by 15% during local night.
   Niue Island Region:
      Mostly near predicted monthly values.
      No data after 19UT.
   Northern Australian Region:
      Variable enhancements to 20%.
   Southern Australian Region:
      Near predicted monthly values.
   Antarctic Region (Casey/Scott Base/Davis/Mawson):
      Near predicted monthly values over the UT day.
