2. FORECAST (31 JANUARY - 06 FEBRUARY)
Solar: Moderate. Possible high solar activity.

Geomagnetic: Quiet to unsettled conditions. Active with
 possible minor storm levels on 2 Feb.

Frequencies: Near predicted monthly values to 25% enhanced.
 Propagation conditions may become degraded at times due to
 spread F and sporadic E on 2 Feb.
