      Enhanced by 30-45% 00-10 UT. Depressed 20-35%
      13-17 UT. Mostly near predicted monthly values at
      other times.
   Northern Australian Region:
      Near predicted monthly values. Enhanced at Darwin
      25-35% 08-11, 15-16 UT, and 60-85% 12-14 UT. 
   Southern Australian and New Zealand Region:
      Near predicted monthly values. Some night spread F
      at Hobart and Perth.
   Antarctic Region (Casey/Scott Base/Davis/Mawson):
      Near predicted monthly values to 20% depressed.

      Near predicted monthly values to 15% depressed. Depressed

   Southern Australian and New Zealand Region:
      Near predicted monthly values. Night spread F at Hobart
      and pre-dawn at Perth.
   Antarctic Region (Casey/Scott Base/Davis/Mawson):
      Near predicted monthly values to 30% depressed.

      Depressed by 15-30% during 00-07 UT, 
      50% during 11-12 UT, and 15-30% during 13-17 UT.
   Northern Australian Region:
      Depressions of 5-15% throughout the UT day.
   Southern Australian and New Zealand Region:
      Near predicted monthly values.
   Antarctic Region (Casey/Scott Base/Davis/Mawson):
      Depressed by 15% over the UT day.

Geomagnetic:  Quiet
Frequencies:

      Depressed by 10-30% during 01-07 UT and 10-23 UT.
      No day time enhancement. 
   Niue Island Region:
      Depressed by 10-30% during 00-06 UT and 12-18 UT.
      Enhanced by 5-20% during 08-11 UT.
   Northern Australian Region:
      Depressed by 5-30% for most of the day.
      Occasionally at predicted monthly values 
   Southern Australian and New Zealand Region:
      Depressed 5-10% for much of the day. 
      Slightly enhanced during 10-15 UT. 
   Antarctic Region (Casey/Scott Base/Davis/Mawson):
      Near predicted monthly values over the UT day.
