was observed at 0527UT.

      Enhanced by 20% during local night.
   Niue Island Region:
      Enhanced by 40% during local day.
      Enhanced by 55% during local night.
   Northern Australian Region:
      Near predicted monthly values during local day.

   Southern Australian and New Zealand Region:
      Near predicted monthly values during local day.
      Enhanced by 15% during local night.

2. FORECAST (22 MARCH - 28 MARCH)
Solar: 
Moderate activity on the first day then declining to very low activity. 
Solar activity may resume later in the week. 

Geomagnetic:  
Mostly quiet with conditions possibly unsettled on 28 March.

Frequencies:  
MUFs mostly near predicted monthly values. MUFs will decrease for some circuits 
as the solar 10.7 cm flux continues to decrease.
