      Enhanced 25-45% 00-15 UT, then near predicted monthly values.
   Northern Australian Region:
      Near predicted monthly values with 20-30% enhancements 08-19 UT
      at Darwin. Enhancements of 10-20% 00-09 UT, enhanced 25-45%
      10-19 UT, then near predicted monthly values at Townsville.
   Southern Australian and New Zealand Region:
      Near predicted monthly values to 25% enhanced. Most larger
      enhancements occurring 12-20 UT.
   Antarctic Region (Casey/Scott Base/Davis/Mawson):
      Weak ionosphere; near predicted monthly values.

Solar:        Moderate, with an M1.4 at 0658 UT, and an M3.5 at 
              1530 UT
Geomagnetic:  Quiet to unsettled
Frequencies:  
   Cocos Island Region:
      Near predicted monthly values.
   Niue Island Region:
      Near predicted monthly values.
   Northern Australian Region:
      Mostly near predicted monthly values. Enhancements 15-25% at
      Townsville 10-18 UT.
   Southern Australian and New Zealand Region:
      Mostly near predicted monthly values.
   Antarctic Region (Casey/Scott Base/Davis/Mawson):
      Near predicted monthly values over the UT day.

Geomagnetic:  Quiet
Frequencies:  
   Cocos Island Region:
      Near predicted monthly values with enhancements
      to 35% 07-17 UT.
   Niue Island Region:
      Near predicted monthly values with enhancements
      to 25%, 00, 10-15, 21-23 UT.
   Northern Australian Region:
      Near predicted monthly values with enhancements
      to 55% at Darwin 07-19 UT and to 25% 11-20 UT at
      Townsville.
   Southern Australian and New Zealand Region:
      Mostly near predicted monthly values.
   Antarctic Region (Casey/Scott Base/Davis/Mawson):
      Near predicted monthly values with enhancements
      to 30% 07-16 UT.

 
2. FORECAST (23 NOVEMBER - 29 NOVEMBER)
Solar: Moderate activity possible early in week.

Geomagnetic: Activity increasing in latter half of 23 Nov. Active
to minor storm periods 24 Nov. Activity should begin to subside on
25 Nov. Quiet to unsettled on other days.

Frequencies: MUFs near predicted monthly values to 20% enhanced.
Depressions likely after about local dawn on 23 Nov. Near predicted
monthly values with depressions to 30% at times on 24 and 25 Nov.
