Solar:        Moderate, with an M3.3 at 1748UT
Geomagnetic:  Quiet to Unsettled

Frequencies:  
   Cocos Island Region:
      Near predicted monthly values with enhancements to 
      20% 00, 06-10 UT and depressions to 20% 17-19 UT.
   Niue Island Region:
      Enhanced to 30% 00-07, 16-18 UT. Near predicted
      monthly values with depressions to 20% 11-12 UT.
   Northern Australian Region:
      Near predicted monthly values with depressions to
      20% 08-21 UT at Townsville.
   Southern Australian and New Zealand Region:
      Mostly depressed 10 to 30%.
   Antarctic Region (Casey/Scott Base/Davis/Mawson):
      Near predicted monthly values to 30% depressed.

03 Mar 
Solar:        Low
Geomagnetic:  Mostly quiet to unsettled. Isolated active levels.

Frequencies:  
   Cocos Island Region:
      Near predicted monthly values with depressions to 30%
      14-20 UT.
   Niue Island Region:
      Near predicted monthly values. Enhancements to 30%
      02-06 UT.
   Northern Australian Region:
      Near predicted monthly values. Depressions to 20%
      11-17 UT at Darwin and 07-17 UT at Townsville.
   Southern Australian and New Zealand Region:
      Mostly near predicted monthly values to 20% depressed.
      Depressions to 30% observed at Hobart and Western
      Australian stations.
   Antarctic Region (Casey/Scott Base/Davis/Mawson):
      Mostly 10-30% depressed. Blanketing sporadic E
      observed during night hours.

Solar:        Moderate, with an M2.0 at 1055UT
Geomagnetic:  Quiet to Unsettled

      Near predicted monthly values with depressions to
      40% 14-19 UT then depressions to 20%.
   Niue Island Region:
      Near predicted monthly values with depressions to
      25% 07-13 UT.
   Northern Australian Region:
      Near predicted monthly values with depressions to
      25% 03-17 UT.
   Southern Australian and New Zealand Region:
      Near predicted monthly values with depressions to
      20%  mostly 03-18 UT. Depressions to 30% at Canberra
      Sydney and Hobart 00-09 UT.
   Antarctic Region (Casey/Scott Base/Davis/Mawson):
      Mostly 10-25% depressed.

Solar:        High, with an X1.1 at 0410UT, an M2.1 at 1916UT, 
              an M1.8 at 1930UT, and an M1.3 at 2235UT
Geomagnetic:  Mostly quiet to unsettled. Isolated active levels 
              at high latitudes only.

      Near predicted monthly values during local day.
      Depressed by 25% during local night.
   Niue Island Region:
      Enhanced by 20% during local day.
      Near predicted monthly values during local night.
   Northern Australian Region:

Solar:        High, with an M1.3 at 2235UT, an M1.3 at 0028UT, 
              an M1.2 at 0144UT, an M1.0 at 0405UT, an M1.0 at 
              0755UT, an M2.1 at 1241UT, an M1.3 at 2111UT, and 
              an M1.0 at 2254UT
Geomagnetic:  Mostly quiet to unsettled. Isolated active levels 
              at high latitudes only.

      Near predicted monthly values during local day.
      Depressed by 30% during local night.
   Niue Island Region:
      Near predicted monthly values.
   Northern Australian Region:
      Depressed by 15% over the UT day.

Solar:        High, with an M1.0 at 2254UT, an X1.1 at 0011UT, 
              and an X5.4 at 0024UT
Geomagnetic:  Quiet to Minor Storm
In the IPS magnetometer data for 07 Mar, a weak (13nT) impulse 
was observed at 0421UT.
Frequencies:  
   Cocos Island Region:
      Enhanced by 25% during local day.
      Near predicted monthly values during local night.
   Niue Island Region:
      Enhanced by 15% during local day.
      Enhanced by 30% during local night.
   Northern Australian Region:
      Near predicted monthly values.
   Southern Australian and New Zealand Region:
      Mostly near predicted monthly values.
      Depressed by 25% after local dawn.
      Spread-F observed Hobart.
   Antarctic Region (Casey/Scott Base/Davis/Mawson):
      Poor ionospheric support over the UT day.
      Proton event in progress, increased absorption observed.

08 Mar

Geomagnetic:  Unsettled to Minor Storm
In the IPS magnetometer data for 08 Mar, a weak (32nT) impulse 
was observed at 1103UT.

      Enhanced 20-30% 01-13UT.
      Near predicted monthly values during local night.
   Niue Island Region:
      Enhanced 20-50% 00-07UT.
      Near predicted monthly values during local night.
   Northern Australian Region:
      Darwin depressed 20-30% 04-11UT.
      Sporadic-E at Townsville 02-07UT.
      Depressed by 15% during local night.
      Depressed by 25% after local dawn.
   Southern Australian and New Zealand Region:
      Depressed by 20% over the UT day.
      Hobart spread-F 10-20UT.
      Norfolk Is. sporadic-E 04-06UT.
   Antarctic Region (Casey/Scott Base/Davis/Mawson):
      No data available over the UT day.
      Proton event in progress, increased absorption 
      to -6dB observed.
