Geomagnetic:  Quiet to unsettled until 12 UT. Active to minor 
              storm levels 12-21 UT, then settling to quiet conditions.

   Cocos Island Region:
      Near predicted monthly values with enhancements to 30%
      11-14, 18 and 22-23 UT.
   Niue Island Region:
      Near predicted monthly values with depressions to 30%
      08-14, 17 and 21-22 UT.
   Northern Australian Region:
      Mostly near predicted monthly values. Depressions to
      25% 19-23 UT.
   Southern Australian and New Zealand Region:
      Mostly near predicted monthly values. Depressions at
      some stations to 20% 20-23 UT.
   Antarctic Region (Casey/Scott Base/Davis/Mawson):
      Weak ionosphere due to polar cap absorption (proton enhancement).
      Near predicted monthly values.

Solar:        Very low
Geomagnetic:  Mostly quiet. One period of unsettled to active 
              conditions 06-09 UT.
Frequencies:  
   Cocos Island Region:
      Mostly near predicted monthly values.
   Niue Island Region:
      Near predicted monthly values with occasional enhancements
      to 25% 04-13 UT.
   Northern Australian Region:
      Mostly near predicted monthly values. Depressions to 25% 00-02,
      06-09 UT at Townsville.
   Southern Australian and New Zealand Region:
      Eastern Australia region mostly depressed to 25% improving after
      local dawn. Western Australia region near predicted monthly values.
   Antarctic Region (Casey/Scott Base/Davis/Mawson):
      Weak ionosphere possibly due to absorption. Depressed mostly
      15-30%.

29 Feb 
Solar:        Very low
Geomagnetic:  Quiet to unsettled
Frequencies:  
   Cocos Island Region:
      Mostly near predicted monthly values. Depression to 25%
      at 23 UT.
   Niue Island Region:
      Mostly near predicted monthly values.
   Northern Australian Region:
      Near predicted monthly values.
   Southern Australian and New Zealand Region:
      Near predicted monthly values. Depressions to 25% observed
      at Norfolk Is. 00-14 UT.
   Antarctic Region (Casey/Scott Base/Davis/Mawson):
      Near predicted monthly values to 25% depressed.

01 Mar 
Solar:        Low
Geomagnetic:  Quiet to active. A weak (12nT) impulse was observed at
              0313UT in the IPS magnetometer data.
Frequencies:  
   Cocos Island Region:
      Near predicted monthly values with enhancements to 35%
      07-18 UT.
   Niue Island Region:
      No data.
   Northern Australian Region:
      Near predicted monthly values. Depressions to 20% at
      Darwin 18-21 UT.
   Southern Australian and New Zealand Region:
      Mostly near predicted monthly values. Depressions to 20% from
      about 19 UT and at Norfolk Is. 03-06 UT.
   Antarctic Region (Casey/Scott Base/Davis/Mawson):
      Mostly near predicted monthly values.

2. FORECAST (02 MARCH - 08 MARCH)
Solar: Low. Possible moderate activity early in week.

Geomagnetic: Quiet to unsettled conditions. Active levels possibly
             beginning 4 Mar or 5 Mar.

Frequencies: Near predicted monthly values. Depressions to 25% possible
             2 and 5 Mar. Short wave fadeouts possible early in week.
