      Learmonth 12-20 UT. Night spread F observed at most
      stations.
   Antarctic Region (Casey/Scott Base/Davis/Mawson):
      Weak ionosphere with frequencies near predicted
      monthly values.

      14-23 UT.
   Niue Island Region:
      Near predicted monthly values with depressions to 40%
      08-10 UT and depressions to 25% 11and 20-22 UT.
   Northern Australian Region:
      Mostly depressed to 35% at Darwin. Near predicted
      monthly values with depressions to 25% 10-12, 22-23
      UT at Townsville.
   Southern Australian and New Zealand Region:
      Near predicted monthly values with depressions to
      25% mostly around 08-12, 22-23 UT. Night spread F
      observed.
   Antarctic Region (Casey/Scott Base/Davis/Mawson):
      Weak ionosphere with MUFs near predicted monthly
      values to 25% depressed.

27 Jul 
Solar:        Moderate, with an M1.1 flare at 1609UT 
Geomagnetic:  Quiet 
Frequencies:  
   Cocos Island Region:
      Mostly depressed 10 to 30%.
   Niue Island Region:
      Near predicted monthly values with depressions to
      25% 00-01, 05-09, 11-13 and 20-23 UT.
   Northern Australian Region:
      Mostly 15-35% depressed at Darwin. Near predicted
      monthly values with depressions to 25% 10-12 UT at
      Townsville. Night spread F observed at Townsville
      14-20 UT.
   Southern Australian and New Zealand Region:
      Near predicted monthly values with depressions to 25%
      observed at most stations 06-14 UT. Enhancements to
      35% 16-20 UT. Night spread F observed at Brisbane,
      Hobart and Perth.
   Antarctic Region (Casey/Scott Base/Davis/Mawson):
      Generally weak ionosphere with depressions to 25%
      08-10 UT.

28 Jul 
Solar:        Low
Geomagnetic:  Quiet 
Frequencies:  
   Cocos Island Region:
      Near predicted monthly values with depressions to
      35% 11-23 UT.
   Niue Island Region:
      Near predicted monthly values with depressions to
      25% 00-02, 07-09 and 19-23 UT.
   Northern Australian Region:
      Depressed 15-30% 00-18 and 21-22 UT. Near predicted
      monthly values at other times.
   Southern Australian and New Zealand Region:
      Near predicted monthly values with occasional
      depressions to 25% during 03-14 UT. Enhancements
      to 25% observed at Learmonth and Perth 16-21 UT.
      Night spread F observed at Brisbane and Norfolk Is.
   Antarctic Region (Casey/Scott Base/Davis/Mawson):
      Near predicted monthly values with occasional
      depressions to 35% around 10-13 UT. Weak night
      ionosphere.

Solar: Low, possible moderate activity.

Geomagnetic: Quiet to unsettled conditions. Active conditions
	     on 31 Jul to 1 Aug.

Frequencies: Near predicted monthly values to 20% depressed.
	     Chance of SWFs (SIDs).
