2. FORECAST (19 AUGUST - 25 AUGUST)
Solar: Low to moderate.

Geomagnetic: Active periods possible 21 August, otherwise
mostly Quiet to Unsettled conditions.

Frequencies: Mild depressions at equatorial-low latitudes at
times otherwise MUFs mostly near predicted monthly values.
There is the small chance of SWFs.
