      to 50% 04-16 UT.
   Niue Island Region:
      Near predicted monthly values to 30% enhanced.
   Northern Australian Region:
      Mostly near predicted monthly values to 40% enhanced.
   Southern Australian and New Zealand Region:
      Near predicted monthly values to 30% enhanced.
      Enhanced to 40% 17 to 20 UT. Night spread F observed
      at Christchurch and Hobart.
   Antarctic Region (Casey/Scott Base/Davis/Mawson):
      Mostly near predicted monthly values to 30% enhanced.

 
2. FORECAST (26 MARCH - 01 APRIL)
Solar: Low

Geomagnetic: Quiet to unsettled conditions. Isolated active
             periods at high latitudes possible on 28, 29
             March.

Frequencies: Near predicted monthly values to 30% enhanced.
             Depressions possible on 26 and 29 March.
