      Variable conditions during local night.
   Southern Australian and New Zealand Region:
      Near predicted monthly values.
   Antarctic Region (Casey/Scott Base/Davis/Mawson):
      Near predicted monthly values over the UT day.

      Near predicted monthly values during local day.
      Depressed by 25% during local night.
   Northern Australian Region:
      Near predicted monthly values.

      Mostly near predicted monthly values,
   Antarctic Region (Casey/Scott Base/Davis/Mawson):
      Near predicted monthly values over the UT day.

13 Dec 
Solar:        Very low
Geomagnetic:  Quiet to unsettled. Active to minor storm levels 
              at high latitudes. 
Frequencies:  
   Cocos Island Region:
      Near predicted monthly values.
   Niue Island Region:
      Enhanced by 35% 00-05 UT. No data 06-23 UT.
   Northern Australian Region:
      Near predicted monthly values with depressions to 30% 00-01,
      19-23 UT at Darwin and 23 UT at Townsville.
   Southern Australian and New Zealand Region:
      Near predicted monthly values. Occasional depressions to 20%.
   Antarctic Region (Casey/Scott Base/Davis/Mawson):
      Near predicted monthly values with depressions to 20% at times.

      Darwin. Near predicted monthly values at Townsville with
      enhancments to 25% 05-08 and 18-19 UT.
   Southern Australian and New Zealand Region:
      Near predicted monthly values. Depressions to 25% observed
      after 17 UT at most stations.
   Antarctic Region (Casey/Scott Base/Davis/Mawson):
      Near predicted monthly values to 20% depressed.

15 Dec 
Solar:        Low
Geomagnetic:  Quiet to unsettled. Active to minor storm levels 
              at high latitudes. 
Frequencies:  
   Cocos Island Region:
      Near predicted monthly values. Depressions to 20% 16-17,
      22-23 UT.
   Niue Island Region:
      Near predicted monthly values. Depressions to 25% 05-07,
      23 UT.
   Northern Australian Region:
      Near predicted monthly values. Night spread F observed
      at Townsville.
   Southern Australian and New Zealand Region:
      Mostly 10-25% depressed, except at Norfolk Is. and Perth
      where MUFs were mostly near predicted monthly values with
      depressions to 20% 03-06, 15 UT at Norfolk Is. and 17-21 UT
      at Perth. Sporadic E blanketed most of the time 14-20 UT
      at Hobart.
   Antarctic Region (Casey/Scott Base/Davis/Mawson):
      Near predicted monthly values with depressions to 25%
      observed mostly 00-03, 08-14 UT.

16 Dec 
Solar:        Very low
Geomagnetic:  Quiet 
Frequencies:  
   Cocos Island Region:
      Near predicted monthly values.
   Niue Island Region:
      Near predicted monthly values with depressions to 25%
      01-06 UT.
   Northern Australian Region:
      Near predicted monthly values with depressions to 20%
      03-04, 23 UT at Townsville and 21-23 UT at Darwin.
   Southern Australian and New Zealand Region:
      Near predicted monthly values. Depressions to 20%, 00-06 UT
      at Brisbane, Norfolk Is. and Perth. Depressions to 30%
      15-20 UT at Norfolk Is.
   Antarctic Region (Casey/Scott Base/Davis/Mawson):
      Near predicted monthly values.

Geomagnetic: Quiet to unsettled conditions.
