      Depressed by 10% during local day.
      Depressed by 30% during local night.
   Northern Australian Region:
      Depressed by 15% during local day.
      Depressed by 20% during local night.
   Southern Australian and New Zealand Region:
      Depressed by 15% during local day.
      Depressed by 20% during local night.
   Antarctic Region (Casey/Scott Base/Davis/Mawson):
      Mostly near predicted monthly values over the UT day.

31 Jan 
Solar:        Very low
Geomagnetic:  Quiet to unsettled 
Frequencies:  
   Equatorial PNG/Niue Region:
      Depressed by 15% during local day.
      Depressed by 30% during local night.
   Northern Australian Region:
      Mostly near predicted monthly values, some minor
      depressions, particularly during local night.
   Southern Australian and New Zealand Region:
      Mostly near predicted monthly values, some minor
      depressions, particularly during local night.
   Antarctic Region (Casey/Scott Base/Davis/Mawson):
      Near predicted monthly values over the UT day 
      with some periods of slight depressions.

Solar:        Very low
Geomagnetic:  Quiet 
Frequencies:  
   Equatorial PNG/Niue Region:
      Depressed by 15% during local day.
      Depressed by 30% during local night.
      Depressed by 40% after local dawn.
   Northern Australian Region:
      Depressed by 15% during local day.
      Depressed by 15% during local night.
   Southern Australian and New Zealand Region:
      Near predicted monthly values during local day.
      Depressed by 20% during local night.
   Antarctic Region (Casey/Scott Base/Davis/Mawson):
      Near predicted monthly values over the UT day.

02 Feb 
Solar:        Very low
Geomagnetic:  Quiet 
Frequencies:  
   Equatorial PNG/Niue Region:
      Depressed to 40% 00-13 UT then near predicted monthly
      values at Niue; sporadic E 10-17 UT. No data for Vanimo.
   Northern Australian Region:
      Depressions to 50% at Darwin. Depressions to 50% at
      Townsville 00-17 UT. Depressions to 40% 11-23 UT at
      Cocos Is. Sporadic E mostly evening and night.
   Southern Australian and New Zealand Region:
      Depressions to 35% 00-18 UT Brisbane and Norfolk Is.
      At other stations, depressions to 30% 07-15 UT.
   Antarctic Region (Casey/Scott Base/Davis/Mawson):
      Near predicted monthly values with depressions to 40%
      12-19 UT.

03 Feb 
Solar:        Very low
Geomagnetic:  Quiet to unsettled 
Frequencies:  
   Equatorial PNG/Niue Region:
      Niue frequencies were depressed to 30% 04-06 and 10-17
      UT. No data for Vanimo.
   Northern Australian Region:
      Depressions to 35% until around 18 UT, then near
      predicted at Cocos Is. and Townsville. Frequencies
      depressed to 40% at Darwin.
   Southern Australian and New Zealand Region:
      Lower latitude stations depressed to 30% 00-07 and
      11-18 UT. Higher latitude stations depressed to 30%
      08-15 UT.
   Antarctic Region (Casey/Scott Base/Davis/Mawson):
      Near predicted monthly values. Depressions to 30% at
      Casey 15-17 UT.

04 Feb 
Solar:        Very low
Geomagnetic:  Quiet to unsettled. Unsettled with active to minor 
              storm periods at high latitudes. 
Frequencies:  
   Equatorial PNG/Niue Region:
      Near predicted to enhanced at Niue. Near predicted to
      20% depressed at Vanimo with sporadic E 01-13 UT.
   Northern Australian Region:
      Mostly near predicted monthly values. Depressions to
      30% observed at times at Darwin and Cocos Is. 06-13 UT.
   Southern Australian and New Zealand Region:
      Lower latitude stations experienced near predicted to
      enhanced MUFs. MUFs at higher latitudes were near
      predicted with depressions to 30%, mostly 11-20 UT.
   Antarctic Region (Casey/Scott Base/Davis/Mawson):
      Near predicted to 25% depressed.

05 Feb 
Solar:        Very low
Geomagnetic:  Quiet to unsettled. Isolated active periods early 
              in the last 24 hours at high latitudes. 
Frequencies:  
   Equatorial PNG/Niue Region:
      Niue MUFs were near predicted to 30% depressed. Vanimo
      MUFs were near predicted with enhancements 11-19 UT.
      Some night spread F observed.
   Northern Australian Region:
      Darwin MUFs were mostly near predicted to enhanced
      with 35% depressions 07-08 UT. Cocos Is. MUFs were
      depressed 20-50% and Townsville MUFs were near
      predicted with depressions to 35% 00-08 UT. Night
      spread F observed.
   Southern Australian and New Zealand Region:
      Near predicted monthly values to 30% depressed. Night
      spread F observed. Sporadic E observed at stations
      between 00-20 UT, obscuring the F region at times.
   Antarctic Region (Casey/Scott Base/Davis/Mawson):
      Near predicted to 25% depressed.

2. FORECAST (06 FEBRUARY - 12 FEBRUARY)
Solar: Low

Geomagnetic: Quiet to unsettled conditions. Possible active periods
on 11 Feb.

Frequencies: MUFs near predicted monthly values to 30% depressed.
