      Enhanced by 25% during local night.
   Antarctic Region (Casey/Scott Base/Davis/Mawson):
      Enhanced by 25% over the UT day.

      Enhanced by 20% during local night.

      Almost random periods of depressions, degradations and
      enhancements observed.

Frequencies:  
   Equatorial PNG/Niue Region:
      Depressed by 20% during local day,
      Depressed by 25% during local night.
   Northern Australian Region:
      Depressed by 20% during local day,
      Near predicted monthly values during local night.
   Southern Australian and New Zealand Region:
      Near predicted monthly values during local day,
      Enhanced by 30% during local night.
   Antarctic Region (Casey/Scott Base/Davis/Mawson):
      Enhanced by 30% over the UT day.

04 Sep 
Solar:        very low
Geomagnetic:  Quiet to minor storm with isolated periods of major 
              storms recorded at some high latitude locations. 
Frequencies:  
   Equatorial PNG/Niue Region:
      Near predicted monthly values during local day,
      Depressed by 30% during local night.
   Northern Australian Region:
      Mostly near predicted monthly values,
      Depressed by 20% after local dawn.
   Southern Australian and New Zealand Region:
      Near predicted monthly values during local day,
      Enhanced by 15% during local night.
   Antarctic Region (Casey/Scott Base/Davis/Mawson):
      Irregular periods of enhancement, depressions and
      degradations observed. 

 
2. FORECAST (05 SEPTEMBER - 11 SEPTEMBER)
Solar: 
Very low.

Geomagnetic:  
Active on 05 September, quiet to unsettled on 06 September and 
mostly quiet on other days.

Frequencies:  
Minor to mild depressions on low and mid latitudes and minor to significant
depressions on high latitudes possible on 05 September and at times on 
06 September. MUFs near predicted monthly values on other days.
