   Antarctic Region (Casey/Scott Base/Davis/Mawson):
      Near predicted monthly values over the UT day.

Geomagnetic:  Unsettled to minor storm 

Frequencies:  
   Equatorial PNG/Niue Region:
      Near predicted monthly values.
   Northern Australian Region:
      Near predicted monthly values during local day.
      Enhanced by 15% during local night.
   Southern Australian and New Zealand Region:
      Mostly near predicted monthly values.
      Depressed by 20% after local dawn.
   Antarctic Region (Casey/Scott Base/Davis/Mawson):
      Near predicted monthly values over the UT day.

06 Jan 
Solar:        Very low
Geomagnetic:  Unsettled to active 

Frequencies:  
   Equatorial PNG/Niue Region:
      Near predicted monthly values during local day.
      Enhanced by 20% during local night.
   Northern Australian Region:
      Mostly near predicted monthly values.
      Depressed by 20% after local dawn.
   Southern Australian and New Zealand Region:
      Depressed by 15% during local day.
      Depressed by 15% during local night.
      Enhanced by 65% after local dawn.
   Antarctic Region (Casey/Scott Base/Davis/Mawson):
      Near predicted monthly values over the UT day.

Geomagnetic:  Mostly quiet to unsettled with minor storm periods 
              at high latitudes. 

Frequencies:  
   Equatorial PNG/Niue Region:
      Near predicted monthly values with depressions to 30%
      during night hours.
   Northern Australian Region:
      Mostly near predicted monthly values.
   Southern Australian and New Zealand Region:
      Near predicted monthly values.
   Antarctic Region (Casey/Scott Base/Davis/Mawson):
      Near predicted monthly values to 30% depressed. Night
      spread F observed.

08 Jan 
Solar:        Very low
Geomagnetic:  Quiet to unsettled with active and minor storm 
              periods at high latitudes. 

Frequencies:  
   Equatorial PNG/Niue Region:
      Near predicted monthly values with occasional
      depressions to 25%. Some night spread F and sporadic E
      observed at Vanimo.
   Northern Australian Region:
      Near predicted monthly values.
   Southern Australian and New Zealand Region:
      Near predicted monthly values. Sporadic E observed
      observed mostly 00-08 and 20-23 UT. Sporadic E
      observed 11-17 UT at Macquarie Island.
   Antarctic Region (Casey/Scott Base/Davis/Mawson):
      Near predicted monthly values to 30% depressed.

09 Jan 
Solar:        Very low
Geomagnetic:  Quiet to unsettled with active periods at high 
              latitudes. 

Frequencies:  
   Equatorial PNG/Niue Region:
      Near predicted monthly values. Depressions to 30% at Niue
      10-16 UT. Sporadic E observed at Niue 09-17 and 20-21 UT.
   Northern Australian Region:
      Near predicted monthly values.
   Southern Australian and New Zealand Region:
      Near predicted monthly values. Sporadic E observed 00-03
      and 20-23 UT.
   Antarctic Region (Casey/Scott Base/Davis/Mawson):
      Near predicted monthly values to 30% depressed.

10 Jan 
Solar:        Very low
Geomagnetic:  Quiet 

Frequencies:  
   Equatorial PNG/Niue Region:
      Near predicted monthly values. Depressions to 30% at
      Vanimo 10-20 UT.
   Northern Australian Region:
      Near predicted monthly values. Depressions to 30%
      11-20 UT. Some sporadic E observed.
   Southern Australian and New Zealand Region:
      Near predicted monthly values. Depressions to 25% 10-18
      UT. Sporadic E observed with blanketing of the F region
      much of the time at Canberra and Sydney.
   Antarctic Region (Casey/Scott Base/Davis/Mawson):
      Near predicted monthly values. Depressions to 30% at
      Macquarie Is. 12-16 UT.

2. FORECAST (11 JANUARY - 17 JANUARY)
Solar: Low

Geomagnetic:  
Mostly quiet 11 and 12 January. Quiet to active with isolated
minor storm periods 13 to 14 January. Quiet to unsettled 15
to 17 January although still the chance of isolated active
periods on 15 and 16 January.

Frequencies:  
Near predicted monthly values with depressions to 30% at times.
Deeper depressions expected 14 to 17 January.
