Geomagnetic: Unsettled to active with storm levels
possible at high latitudes on 9-10 Feb, otherwise mostly
quiet to unsettled on other days.

Frequencies: Depressions of 10-20% possible at times for
9-10 Feb, otherwise MUFs mostly near predicted monthly values.
