      Depressed by 20% after local dawn.
   Northern Australian Region:
      Depressed by 15% during local day,
      Depressed by 20% during local night.
   Southern Australian and New Zealand Region:
      Near predicted monthly values during local day,
      Enhanced by 15% during local night.
   Antarctic Region (Casey/Scott Base/Davis/Mawson):
      Periods of minor to mild enhancements and depressions
      observed.

Geomagnetic:  Mostly quiet to unsettled with isolated minor storm 
              periods on some high latitude locations.

      Near predicted monthly values during local day,
      Depressed by 25% during local night.

      Depressed by 20% during local day,
      Near predicted monthly values during local night.
   Southern Australian and New Zealand Region:

      Enhanced by 20% during local night.
   Antarctic Region (Casey/Scott Base/Davis/Mawson):
      Near predicted monthly values over the UT day
      with periods of depressions and degradations.

A weak (15nT) impulse was observed in the IPS magnetometer data at
1153UT on 27 Sep, and a weak (23nT) impulse was observed at 1626UT on
27 Sep.
Frequencies:  
   Equatorial PNG/Niue Region:
      Near predicted monthly values during local day,
      Depressed by 30% during local night.
      Depressed by 30% after local dawn.
   Northern Australian Region:
      Near predicted monthly values during local day,
      Depressed by 15% during local night.
   Southern Australian and New Zealand Region:
      Near predicted monthly values.
   Antarctic Region (Casey/Scott Base/Davis/Mawson):
      Near predicted monthly values over the UT day.

 
2. FORECAST (28 SEPTEMBER - 04 OCTOBER)
Solar: 
Solar activity is expected to be very low for this forecast period.

Geomagnetic:  
Unsettled to Active conditions expected for 28Sep-30Sep due to 
coronal hole effects, and on 3 Oct. Quiet to Unsettled on other days.

Frequencies:  
Possible MUF depressions of 20% on 28Sep-30Sep and 3 Oct.
MUFs near predicted monthly values on other days. No SWF's expected.
