      Depressed by 20 to 30% over the UT day with periods of
      degradations.

 
2. FORECAST (23 NOVEMBER - 29 NOVEMBER)
Solar: 
Very low. 

Geomagnetic:  
Quiet to unsettled conditions.

Frequencies:  
MUFs 15 to 40% below predicted monthly values on 
23 and 24 November, 10 to 20% below monthly predicted
values on 25 November and 5 to 10% below monthly 
predicted values during rest of the days.
