      05-15 UT.
   Northern Australian Region:

      Spread F observed at Hobart 10-20 UT.

      of the night.

      Mostly near predicted monthly values,
   Antarctic Region (Casey/Scott Base/Davis/Mawson):
      Near predicted monthly values over the UT day.

      Near predicted monthly values.

2. FORECAST (23 MARCH - 29 MARCH)
Solar: 
Very low. 

Geomagnetic:  
Mostly quiet to unsettled conditions. Isolated active periods
possible on 24 and 25 March. 

Frequencies:  
MUFs mostly near predicted monthly values. Minor to mild depressions
in MUFs possible at high latitues on 24 and 25 March.
