Very Low solar conditions are expected as there are currently no
active regions on disk or any significant returning regions
expected.

Mostly Quiet to Unsettled conditions for this forecast period. 
Chance of isolated Active periods on 14Oct and 15Oct from
a recurrent coronal hole.

Frequencies:  
MUFs near predicted monthly values. No SWf's expected.
