      Near predicted monthly values. Enhanced to 30% 14-20
      UT at Vanimo and enhanced up to 40% at Niue 00-07 UT.
   Northern Australian Region:
      Near predicted monthly values.
   Southern Australian and New Zealand Region:
      Near predicted monthly values. Depressed to 25% at
      Mundaring, Hobart and Christchurch mostly during
      night.
   Antarctic Region (Casey/Scott Base/Davis/Mawson):
      Near predicted monthly values with depressions to 25%
      mostly between 00-09 UT.

23 Feb 
Solar:        Very low
Geomagnetic:  Quiet 
Frequencies:  
   Equatorial PNG/Niue Region:
      Near predicted monthly values to 40% enhanced at times
      at Vanimo. Near predicted values at Port Moresby. Near
      predicted values to 30% depressed 00-04, 13, 14 UT at
      Niue. Sporadic E observed 18-21 UT at Vanimo and
      Niue.
   Northern Australian Region:
      Near predicted monthly values to 25% depressed from
      02-05 UT at Darwin and Townsville. Near predicted
      values at other stations. Sporadic E observed
      at times throughout the 24 hours.
   Southern Australian and New Zealand Region:
      Near predicted monthly values. Depressions to 20%
      observed at Mundaring 14-18 UT and at Hobart 01-09 UT.
      Sporadic E observed during night hours. Spread F
      observed at Hobart 10-19 UT.
   Antarctic Region (Casey/Scott Base/Davis/Mawson):
      Near predicted monthly values.

 
2. FORECAST (24 FEBRUARY - 02 MARCH)
Solar: 
Very low

Geomagnetic:  
Isolated active periods 24 and 25 Feb. Quiet to unsettled
on other days.

Frequencies:  
Depressions to 30% on 24 and 25 Feb mostly at higher latitudes.
Frequencies expected to be mostly near predicted monthly values
at other latitudes on those days. For remainder of week expect
near predicted monthly values. Sporadic E likely during evening
and night hours which may disrupt F region communications at times.
