COMMENT: Moderate disturbance observed 05 April,
associated with southward interplanetary magnetic
field conditions. Origin of disturbance unclear.

 
2. FORECAST (07 APRIL - 13 APRIL)
Solar: Moderate activity early in week, then low.
Geomagnetic:  active on 9 Apr.
              quiet to unsettled on other days.

Frequencies:  briefly depressed after local dawn on 9 Apr
              MUFs near predicted monthly values on other days.
