      Depressed by 35% during local night.
   Northern Australian Region:
      Near predicted monthly values during local day,
      Depressed by 15% during local night.
   Southern Australian and New Zealand Region:
      Near predicted monthly values.
   Antarctic Region (Casey/Scott Base):
      Near predicted monthly values over the UT day
      with significant degradations

08 Sep 
Solar: High with an M1.1 at 2301UT, an M2.1 at 1703UT,
	an M2.1 at 2029UT, and an X5.4 at 2106UT
Geomagnetic:  Quiet to unsettled 
Frequencies:  
   Equatorial PNG Region:
      Near predicted monthly values during local day,
      Depressed by 15% during local night.
   Northern Australian Region:
      Near predicted monthly values.
   Southern Australian and New Zealand Region:
      Mostly near predicted monthly values,
   Antarctic Region (Casey/Scott Base):
      Near predicted monthly values for short
      periods with severe degradations.
      Proton event in progress, increased absorption observed.
 
2. FORECAST (09 SEPTEMBER - 15 SEPTEMBER)
Solar: Moderate to high.

Geomagnetic: Active on 09 September, active 12 to 14 September.
	quiet to unsettled on other days.

Frequencies: Minor to moderate depressions possible on 09 September 
	and from 12 to 14 September. MUFs near predicted monthly 
	values on other days.
