2. FORECAST (25 NOVEMBER - 01 DECEMBER)
Solar: 
Low to very low

Geomagnetic:  
Active 30 Nov to 1 Dec predicted by recurrence.
Quiet on other days but possibly varying to 
unsettled if geomagnetic merging with IMF 
continues for extended periods.

Frequencies:  
Briefly depressed after local dawn 30 Nov to 1 Dec
MUFs near predicted monthly values on other days
with possible slight depressions if geomagnetic 
activty remains slightly elevated.
