A weak (12nT) impulse was observed in the IPS magnetometer 
data at 1450UT on 10 Mar.

      Near predicted monthly values during local day,
      Depressed by 15% during local night.
   Northern Australian Region:
      Depressed by 15% during local day,
      Depressed by 25% during local night.
   Southern Australian and New Zealand Region:
      Near predicted monthly values during local day,
      Depressed by 15% during local night.
   Antarctic Region (Casey/Scott Base):
      Near predicted monthly values over the UT day.

2. FORECAST (11 MARCH - 17 MARCH)
Solar: Very low to low.

Geomagnetic:  Mostly unsettled on 11 March, Quiet on 12 March, 
	unsettled on 13, 14 and 17 March. Quiet to unsettled 
	during the rest of the period. 

Frequencies:  Minor to mild depressions possible on 11, 13, 14 and
	17 March, otherwise MUFs near normal. No SWFs.
