   Southern Australian and New Zealand Region:
      Near predicted monthly values during local day,
      Depressed by 15% during local night.
   Antarctic Region (Casey/Scott Base):
      Near predicted monthly values with periods
      of significant degradations.

      Enhanced by 20% during local day,
      Enhanced by 30% during local night.
   Northern Australian Region:
      Mostly near predicted monthly values,

      Depressed by 15% during local night.
   Antarctic Region (Casey/Scott Base):
      Near predicted monthly values over the UT day
      with periods of minor to significant degradations.

Solar:        Moderate, with an   M1.0 at 0032UT , and an   M4.4 at 2158UT
Geomagnetic:  Quiet to Minor Storm

      Mostly near predicted monthly values,
   Northern Australian Region:
      Near predicted monthly values.
   Southern Australian and New Zealand Region:
      Near predicted monthly values.
   Antarctic Region (Casey/Scott Base):
      Proton event in progress, increased absorption observed.

 
2. FORECAST (29 JULY - 04 AUGUST)
Solar: 
Moderate activity throughout the week

Geomagnetic:  
Quiet to unsettled conditions. Chance active periods early in week.
Chance CME-related shocks later in week. 

Frequencies:  
MUFs near predicted monthly values. Periods of degradation expected
mainly at high laitudes.
