Geomagnetic:  Initially active, 25-26 Feb, then quiet to unsettled.
	      Activity due to coronal hole wind stream,

Frequencies:  depressed 15% briefly after local dawn on 26-27Feb, 
              otherwise MUFs near normal. No SWFs.
