      Enhanced by 45% during local night.
      Enhanced by 20% after local dawn.
   Northern Australian Region:
      Near predicted monthly values.
   Southern Australian and New Zealand Region:
      Depressed by 25% during local day,
      Depressed by 20% during local night.
   Antarctic Region (Casey/Scott Base):
      Depressed by 15% over the UT day with periods
      of minor to significant degradations. 

2. FORECAST (15 APRIL - 21 APRIL)
Solar: Very low to low.

Geomagnetic:  Mostly quiet. Unsettled and isolated active 
		intervals possible on 15 and 21 April.

Frequencies:  Mostly near predicted monthly values in most regions
		with some possibility of minor to mild depressions 
		on high latitudes on 15, 16 and 21 April. No SWFs.
