2. FORECAST (10 SEPTEMBER - 16 SEPTEMBER)
Solar: Low to moderate. Chance of isolated M-class activity 
       from returning active region 661.

Geomagnetic:  Mostly Quiet with active intervals possible.

Frequencies:  Mildy depressed after local dawn on 15-Sep,  
              otherwise MUFs near normal to enhanced. 
	      SWFs possible early in week.
