COMMENT:
Moderate geomagnetic storm activity was observed on 30 Aug, following
a sudden impulse late 29 Aug from a coronal mass ejection. This mass
ejection was probably associated with an erupting solar filament on
27 Aug.

2. FORECAST (03 SEPTEMBER - 09 SEPTEMBER)
Solar: Low, chance of low level flaring from region 667 (return of
perviously actuve region 656). Region quiet at present.

Geomagnetic: Mostly Quiet to Unsettled with Unsettled to Active
intervals possible 03 and 05 Sep.

Frequencies: Near predicted monthly values.

PLEASE NOTE:
At this time of the solar cycle, space weather conditions
are frequently determined by short timescale events, not
able to be forecasted a week in advance.
