Solar: Low to Moderate, low level M class events possible.

Geomagnetic:  Initially active 12-13 Mar, then declining
	       to quiet to unsettled conditions.

Frequencies:  Depressed 15% 12 March then near normal. Brief
	      depressions possible after local dawn 13 Mar.
