A weak (18nT) impulse was observed in the IPS magnetomter data at 1136UT on 23
Mar.
Frequencies:  
5 to 40% above predicted monthly values

Geomagnetic:  Unsettled to Minor Storm 

Frequencies:  
slightly above predicted monthly values

      Enhanced by 15% during local day,
      Enhanced by 35% during local night.
   Southern Australian and New Zealand Region:
      Degraded by upto 35% to enhanced by 30% during the UT
      day.
   Antarctic Region (Casey/Scott Base):
      Degraded upto 30% to near predicted monthly values over the UT day.

early in week.
